At the moment, our services are available only to people living in the United States. Some treatments may not be offered in every state.

Livyn acts as a platform for linking you to certified health practitioners. Livyn does not engage in any health practice whatsoever.

Any clinical decision-making is solely the purview of the certified provider you have been linked to; they will analyse your case and take the necessary measures, based on their expert judgment.

Telehealth is a convenient means of accessing healthcare services; however, in case of emergencies, please dial 911 and head straight to the nearest hospital.

It is your responsibility to manage your account information and all activities conducted through your account.

Kindly keep your account information updated. Any suspicious or inappropriate use of an account will prompt us to freeze or shut down your account immediately.

All prices are listed in US dollars, and payment is taken at the time of purchase.

If you’re on a subscription, it will renew automatically unless you pause or cancel it before the next billing date. You can manage everything through your account.

Refunds are reviewed individually. Because medications are prepared specifically for you, anything that has already been shipped can’t be returned.

Medications are prescribed by licensed providers and filled by certified pharmacies.

Not everyone who completes an assessment will receive a prescription. That decision is always made by the provider based on what’s appropriate for your situation.

Any medication you receive is for your personal use only. It should not be shared, sold, or given to anyone else.

Any material contained on this website is copyrighted and owned by Livyn or our affiliates.

You may use the website as designed, but you may not copy, duplicate, or redistribute this material without authorisation.

We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but Livyn is provided as it is, without guarantees around availability or performance.

To the extent allowed by law, we’re not responsible for indirect or unexpected issues that may come from using the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

If any disputes come up, they will be handled through arbitration rather than in court, following the guidelines of the American Arbitration Association.
